tg88's 6 Core Pillars of Responsible Gaming

Tg88 has built a safe and responsible gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. At every step, your well-being comes first.

Set Personal Limits

You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits. tg88 won't let you exceed the limits you set — that's the foundation of our responsible gaming approach.

Break & Cooling-Off Options

Feeling like you need a step back? tg88 offers cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time, your account will be temporarily deactivated.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion option to lock your account completely — for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

Session Time Limit

Playing for too long at a stretch is harmful to both body and mind. Set a session timer on tg88 — your account will automatically log out when the time is up.

Age Verification

Tg88 strictly prevents anyone under 18 from creating an account. Age verification is mandatory at registration, and any suspicious accounts are reviewed immediately.

Professional Support

If you notice any signs of gaming addiction, tg88's specialist support team will help connect you with a professional assistance organization.

Introduction

What does responsible gaming actually mean?

Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming in a way where you always stay in control — without overspending emotionally, financially, or time-wise. tg88 believes that online betting or slots are only healthy when they're a limited part of your entertainment, not the center of your life.

Many players in Bangladesh start their online gaming journey purely for entertainment. But over time, some find themselves caught in a cycle of chasing losses — and that's where the problem begins. Responsible gaming protects you from falling into that trap.

Responsible gaming at tg88 is a core value, not just a list of rules. We want you to walk away from every session feeling good — win or lose.

Keep in Mind: The golden rule of responsible gaming: you play the game — the game doesn't play you.

At tg88 Responsible Gaming To ensure this, we've built a comprehensive system of technical tools, human support, and awareness resources. You'll find everything detailed on this page.

Control Tools

You're in Control — tg88's Tools

Tg88 believes a player's greatest strength is self-control. That's why we've built tools to keep you in the driver's seat at all times.

Deposit Limit

Decide in advance how much you want to deposit each day, week, or month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.

Loss Limit

Once you've lost a set amount, gaming will automatically stop. This protects your bank balance from further losses.

Session Timer

Set a time limit for each gaming session. You'll get a reminder when the time is up, and auto-logout kicks in when needed.

Cooling-Off Period

Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.

Self-Exclusion

For a long-term break, you can fully suspend your account for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. Opening a new account is also blocked during this period.

Gaming History

You can view your betting history, win/loss record, and total spending at any time. Transparency is the foundation of responsible play.

Important: Limit decreases take effect immediately, but limit increases only apply after a 72-hour cooling period — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions.
Warning

Recognizing the Warning Signs

Gaming addiction doesn't happen overnight. Changes creep up gradually, often without you even noticing. If any of the signs below sound familiar, it's time to take action.

  • You keep playing to chase losses — with the recurring thought that one more round might turn things around.
  • You can't stop gaming, and trying to stop leaves you restless or irritable.
  • You're hiding your gaming habits from family or friends, or lying about them.
  • You're spending more time gaming while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities.
  • You're betting with money meant for daily essentials or funds you've borrowed.
  • When you can't game, you're losing sleep, losing your appetite, or feeling down.
  • You now need to play much more than before just to feel the same level of enjoyment.
If two or more of the above signs apply to you, please contact the tg88 support team. Asking for help isn't weakness — it takes real courage.
What To Do

5 Simple Steps to Get Help

If gaming feels like it's getting out of hand, follow the steps below. tg88 will be with you every step of the way.

The first step is acknowledging the problem. Ask yourself honestly — is gaming having a negative impact on my life?

2
Set Limits

Log in to your tg88 account to set deposit, loss, or session timer limits. Changes take effect immediately.

3
Take a Break

Use the cooling-off or self-exclusion option. Stepping away for a while can give you a much clearer headspace.

4
Tell Someone You Trust

Talk to a family member or a trusted friend. Having someone in your corner makes it far easier to work through the problem than facing it alone.

Absolutely not. tg88 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Age verification is mandatory at registration, and accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately. If you're aware of a minor with an account, please notify our support team.

After a cooling-off period ends, your account reactivates automatically. However, for self-exclusion, once the set period expires you'll need to actively contact the support team to request reactivation.
